Mini Diamonds India's board approved issuing up to 1.11 crore convertible warrants on a preferential basis to promoters Upendra Shah (MD) and Ronish Shah, at INR 8 per warrant (30% above market), aggregating INR 8.88 crore. Each warrant converts into one equity share of face value INR 2 within 18 months. An EGM is scheduled for August 07, 2026, for shareholder approval.
Promoters reinforcing stake signals confidence, but conversion within 18 months may dilute existing shareholders by around 4.5%.
