Mini Diamonds reported Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 196.40 cr vs Rs 100.46 cr YoY, up about 95 percent. Net profit rose 50 percent to Rs 2.74 cr. Exceptional items of Rs 43.90 lakhs were booked. During the quarter the company did a 1:1 bonus issue and split each share from Rs 10 face value to Rs 2. The Board also approved issuing up to 1.11 cr warrants at Rs 8 each, pending EGM approval on Aug 7. Company Secretary Archana Agarwal resigned citing personal reasons; Ayushi Lunia takes over from Aug 4. Auditor issued an unqualified review report.
Strong revenue jump on a small base and the bonus issue will dilute near-term EPS. Warrants and subsidiary ramp-up could lift capacity if approved.
