Mini Diamonds posted strong Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of about Rs 16.66 crore, up roughly 44% from Rs 11.57 crore in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue rose to about Rs 41.65 crore versus Rs 30.78 crore in the comparable period last year, a growth of around 35%. Standalone Q3 profit after tax climbed to roughly Rs 32.65 lakh from Rs 22.48 lakh, a 45% jump, while 9M FY26 PAT was about Rs 72.63 lakh versus Rs 61.37 lakh (around 18% growth). Consolidated figures move in the same direction. The board also implemented a share subdivision (1 share of Rs 10 into 5 shares of Rs 2) with record date December 2, 2025, and prior-period EPS has been restated accordingly. Auditors Mital & Associates issued an unqualified limited review report.
Revenue growth well above 20% with sharper Q3 PAT growth suggests improving operating leverage, which is positive for shareholders. The recent share split should improve liquidity and retail accessibility, while the two newly added subsidiaries (Namra Jewels and Pyramid Gold Assaying) are not yet contributing meaningfully to profits.
