Mishka Exim Limited announced its audited results for Q4 and FY25 on 2 May 2025. On a standalone basis, full-year revenue from operations grew about 28% year-on-year to Rs. 467.20 lakhs (from Rs. 363.68 lakhs), while profit after tax jumped nearly 66% to Rs. 31.39 lakhs (from Rs. 18.91 lakhs), lifting EPS to Rs. 0.22. However, the Q4 standalone picture was weak, with revenue falling about 51% year-on-year to Rs. 149.45 lakhs and quarterly PAT at Rs. 14.73 lakhs. The jewellery (ornaments) segment continues to dominate revenue, while share trading contributed a small loss. The auditor (Gaur & Associates) issued an unqualified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Full-year profit growth is a positive signal, but the sharp Q4 revenue drop and persistently negative operating cash flow (Rs. -52.61 lakhs standalone vs Rs. -30.17 lakhs last year) may worry investors about the sustainability of earnings and the quality of reported profits.
