Mishka Exim Limited announced unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q2 FY26 (ended 30 Sept 2025), approved at the board meeting on 13 November 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations jumped to ₹884.93 lakhs in Q2 FY26, up sharply from ₹121.10 lakhs in Q2 FY25, driven mainly by the Jewellery (Ornaments) segment at ₹716.31 lakhs and Share Trading at ₹168.12 lakhs. Half-year consolidated revenue rose to ₹1,093.63 lakhs (vs ₹264.01 lakhs in H1 FY25). Consolidated Profit Before Tax for H1 FY26 stood at ₹86.85 lakhs versus ₹23.30 lakhs a year earlier. However, cash flow from operating activities was negative at ₹103.16 lakhs in H1 FY26, with the company relying on short-term borrowings (₹103.14 lakhs increase) to fund working capital. Statutory auditor Gaur & Associates issued an unqualified limited review report.
Strong top-line and profit growth signals improving business momentum, especially in the jewellery and trading segments, but the negative operating cash flow and rising short-term borrowings are points of concern for shareholders to watch in coming quarters.
