Mishka Exim's Board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended 30 Sep 2025). Standalone revenue from operations jumped to Rs 884.93 lakh in Q2 FY26 from Rs 121.10 lakh in Q2 FY25, an over six-fold rise. For H1 FY26, total income stood at Rs 1,120.62 lakh vs Rs 270.18 lakh in H1 FY25. Profit before tax for H1 FY26 grew to Rs 86.10 lakh from Rs 22.18 lakh, nearly a four-fold increase, driven mainly by the Jewellery (Ornaments) segment. The auditor (Gaur & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results. However, operating cash flow remained negative at Rs -100.35 lakh (standalone) and Rs -103.16 lakh (consolidated) for the half year, mainly due to higher working capital needs in inventory and receivables.
Strong top-line and profit growth is positive for shareholders, but the negative operating cash flow and rising trade receivables indicate the company is funding its growth through working capital strain. Investors should watch for sustained cash conversion in coming quarters.
