MIDHANI's board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q3 FY26 (quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025), along with an unmodified limited review report from statutory auditor Anjaneyulu & Co. For Q3 FY26, turnover rose 15.84% year-on-year to Rs. 275.66 crore, value of production grew 18.10% to Rs. 304.05 crore, profit before tax rose 8.25% to Rs. 38.97 crore, and profit after tax increased 8.67% to Rs. 27.46 crore. However, for the nine-month period, turnover dipped marginally to Rs. 655.88 crore from Rs. 663.54 crore, while nine-month PAT slipped slightly to Rs. 53.04 crore from Rs. 53.92 crore. The company reported an order book of Rs. 2,440 crore as of January 1, 2026, and total outstanding debt of Rs. 276.81 crore with no defaults.
Strong quarterly performance shows recovery in topline and profitability on a YoY basis, though the nine-month picture is mixed with flat-to-slightly-lower revenue and profits. The healthy Rs. 2,440 crore order book provides good revenue visibility going forward, while a clean audit report and absence of debt defaults signal financial stability.
