MITCON Consultancy reported Q3 FY26 results for the period ended Dec 31, 2025. Standalone revenue grew 8.7% to Rs 1,143 lakhs and rose 12.7% for 9M to Rs 3,941 lakhs. However, standalone PAT fell 22.4% to Rs 313 lakhs for 9M as operating costs jumped about 70%. Standalone PBT margin compressed to about 10% from 16% a year ago. On a consolidated basis, 9M revenue rose 7.8% to Rs 8,044 lakhs while PAT dipped to Rs 377 lakhs. Board noted changes in senior management. Auditor J Singh and Associates gave a clean limited review.
Weak profits despite revenue growth signal cost pressure and margin squeeze. Investors may react negatively given the sharp jump in operating expenses.
