Mittal Life Style reported 9M FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 6,352.82 lakhs, up 25% from Rs 5,074.91 lakhs YoY. Standalone PAT declined to Rs 105.69 lakhs from Rs 145.86 lakhs. Consolidated 9M PAT rose 25.7% to Rs 183.34 lakhs, helped by newly acquired subsidiary JK Infrasol (bought June 2025). Q3 standalone PAT was Rs 30.66 lakhs vs Rs 33.67 lakhs. Auditor issued a clean limited review with an emphasis-of-matter note on provisional consolidation of the subsidiary.
Subsidiary acquisition lifted group earnings, but standalone profits slipped; consolidation quality and margin trend worth watching.
