Mizzen Ventures re-submitted its unaudited Q3 FY26 (quarter ended 31 Dec 2025) and nine-month FY26 financial results to BSE after correcting clerical and typographical errors in the outcome document originally filed on 12 Feb 2026. The company has clarified that the actual financial figures are unchanged and the revision only adds the UDIN to the auditor's limited review report. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations jumped sharply to Rs 47.93 lakh in Q3 FY26 from Rs 5.69 lakh in Q3 FY25, while nine-month consolidated revenue rose to Rs 138.90 lakh vs Rs 14.86 lakh a year ago. Consolidated profit for 9M FY26 swung to Rs 65.71 lakh from a loss of Rs 35.89 lakh in 9M FY25, though Q3 FY26 standalone slipped to a small loss of Rs 1.86 lakh (consolidated Q3 loss of Rs 2.44 lakh) after a strong Q2 FY26. Statutory auditor Bhuwania & Agrawal Associates issued an unqualified limited review report on both sets of results.
The re-submission is administrative only and does not change the numbers, so existing shareholders are not affected. The strong year-on-year topline growth and swing to a nine-month profit are positives, but the very small scale of business (revenue in lakhs, not crores) and the return to a marginal loss in Q3 keep the stock high-risk.
