MKP Mobility (formerly Chitradurga Spintex) reported a very thin standalone revenue from operations of about ₹8.51 lakhs for H1 FY26, roughly flat against ₹8.42 lakhs a year ago, with Q2 FY26 revenue from operations coming in at near zero. Total income of ₹35.07 lakhs was driven primarily by ₹26.56 lakhs of 'other income' rather than core business, underscoring how early-stage the auto-components pivot still is. Standalone profit after tax slipped to ₹1.78 lakhs from ₹2.31 lakhs, and consolidated PAT turned negative as a ₹9.05 lakh loss from associate MKP Kataria Recycling flowed through. Operating cash flow swung to a marginal outflow of ₹(0.42) lakhs versus an inflow of ₹240.81 lakhs in H1 FY25, while borrowings were sharply cut from ₹332.95 lakhs to ₹142.55 lakhs, lifting other equity to ₹516.43 lakhs.
Weak operating revenue, a consolidated loss on associate drag, and a swing to negative operating cash flow are negatives for shareholders. On the positive side, the large debt repayment and stronger net worth improve balance-sheet quality, though the stock is likely to stay thinly traded given the negligible operational scale.
