For Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026), consolidated total income was Rs. 627.98 lakhs vs Rs. 655.17 lakhs YoY. Consolidated PAT fell to Rs. 89.20 lakhs from Rs. 428.96 lakhs. Standalone PAT was Rs. 115.78 lakhs. The Loans and Investment division posted a segment loss of Rs. 135.13 lakhs (consolidated). Impairment on financial instruments was Rs. 291.63 lakhs. The auditor notes the prior year results were reviewed by a different firm. CRAR remains healthy at 76.98%.
Sharp YoY PAT drop and large impairment charge are negatives, though 76.98% CRAR provides strong capital cushion.
