For the consolidated September 2026 quarter, revenue rose 42.6% to Rs 537.45 crore and profit after tax rose 126.0% to Rs 41.75 crore, versus Rs 376.76 crore and Rs 18.47 crore a year earlier. EBITDA margin expanded to 17.4% from 15.9%. Consolidated half-year profit after tax was Rs 134.83 crore, including a Rs 64.29 crore land-sale gain booked in June. Results were restated for the D V S Industries merger; debt was 1.02 times equity.
Strong quarterly growth supports shareholders, but the half-year profit includes a land-sale gain and debt is high.
