M M Forgings Ltd board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 2026. Revenue from operations grew 4.5% to ₹1,52,859 lakhs from ₹1,46,271 lakhs. However, profit before tax declined 28% to ₹12,942 lakhs (PY: ₹17,992 lakhs) and profit after tax fell 16.8% to ₹11,331 lakhs (PY: ₹13,624 lakhs). EPS dropped to ₹23.58 from ₹28.23. Finance costs increased significantly by 27.6% to ₹7,820 lakhs. The board declared an interim dividend of ₹4 per share (40%), payable by June 24, 2026. Statutory auditors G. Ramesh Kumar & Co issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the financial statements. A proposed merger with wholly-owned subsidiary DVS Industries Private Limited is awaiting NCLT approval.
Profit decline despite revenue growth signals margin pressure from higher finance costs and expenses. The clean audit opinion is positive but investors may focus on the 17% PAT decline. Dividend payout provides some support.
