The board approved standalone unaudited financial results for Q3 FY26 and the nine months ended 31 December 2025. Revenue from operations stood at ₹1,058.70 lakhs, marginally up from ₹1,044.99 lakhs in the same quarter last year and ₹1,030.12 lakhs in the preceding quarter. The company continued to report a net loss of ₹(67.67) lakhs for the quarter, narrower than the ₹(138.60) lakh loss in Q3 FY25 but wider than the ₹(40.62) lakh loss in Q2 FY26. Nine-month loss came in at ₹(157.53) lakhs versus a full-year FY25 loss of ₹(368.35) lakhs. The statutory auditors (Narayan Bhat & Co.) issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
Persistent losses remain a concern for shareholders, though the improving YoY trend and a likely smaller full-year loss versus FY25 offer some comfort. The stock may remain under pressure given the lack of profitability, but the narrowing of losses could limit further downside.
