MM Rubber Company reported Q4 FY26 standalone profit of Rs 37.30 lakhs, a turnaround from Rs 14.78 lakhs profit in Q4 FY25. For the full year ended March 31, 2026, the company posted a net loss of Rs 120.23 lakhs, significantly improved from Rs 368.35 lakhs loss in FY25 (67% loss reduction). While the company continues to incur losses, the significant reduction in net loss and positive Q4 performance are encouraging signs. However, declining revenue and reduced equity base remain concerns for shareholders. The auditors' going concern emphasis raises questions about long-term viability despite the improvement in operating cash flow.
