The board approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025. Revenue from operations for Q2 FY26 stood at ₹1,030.12 lakhs, down about 5% from ₹1,085.43 lakhs in Q2 FY25, though up sequentially from ₹919.58 lakhs in Q1 FY26. Half-year revenue came in at ₹1,949.70 lakhs. The company posted a net loss of ₹40.62 lakhs in Q2 FY26 and ₹89.94 lakhs for H1 FY26, a significant improvement from the ₹258.38 lakh loss in Q2 FY25 and ₹368.35 lakh loss for full FY25. Total expenses fell sharply to ₹1,071.37 lakhs in Q2 FY26 from ₹1,344.53 lakhs a year ago, driven mainly by lower material and other costs. The statutory auditor (Narayan Bhat & Co.) issued an unqualified limited review report.
The company remains loss-making, which is a concern for shareholders, but the sharp narrowing of losses and lower expense base suggest operational improvement. However, the year-on-year revenue decline indicates top-line pressure that needs to be watched.
