MMP Industries' board approved its Q3 FY25-26 unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated), which were reviewed by statutory auditor Manish N Jain & Co with a clean (unqualified) limited review report. Standalone revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 stood at Rs. 202.81 crore, up about 20.4% year-on-year from Rs. 168.39 crore in Q3 FY25, while Q3 profit after tax rose roughly 12% to Rs. 9.81 crore from Rs. 8.79 crore. For the nine-month period, revenue grew about 22% to Rs. 573.32 crore, but profit after tax dropped sharply to Rs. 8.85 crore from Rs. 23.24 crore last year, largely dragged down by exceptional items of Rs. 17.35 crore booked during the nine months. The board also appointed M/s Nitin Alshi & Associates as internal auditors for FY 2026-27 and approved further investments of up to Rs. 5 crore each in its wholly owned subsidiaries, MMP Cables Pvt Ltd and MMP Electricals Pvt Ltd, which will remain wholly owned.
Strong top-line growth across both core segments (Aluminium Powder & Paste and Aluminium Foil) is a positive signal, but the sharp nine-month profit decline due to exceptional items may temper near-term sentiment; the continued capital infusion into subsidiaries indicates management's growth commitment.
