On the reaction day the stock moved 2.9 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.6 pts more than its Dairy Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Modern Dairies has allotted 12,00,000 equity shares (face value Rs. 10 each) to its Promoters and Promoter Group after they exercised the conversion option on an equal number of warrants. The warrants were originally issued in March 2025 at Rs. 50 per share (including Rs. 40 premium), and the allottees have now paid the balance 75% of the issue price, i.e. Rs. 37.50 per warrant, bringing in Rs. 4.5 crore. Three allottees — Mrs. Alka Goyal (Promoter), Krishan Goyal HUF, and Mala Builders Pvt Ltd (both Promoter Group) — received 4 lakh shares each. As a result, the company's paid-up equity capital has risen from Rs. 25.62 crore to Rs. 26.82 crore, and the combined promoter holding has increased from 19.94% to 23.52%.
This is a promoter-led capital infusion with no fresh external investors, so it modestly strengthens the promoter group's stake but also results in some equity dilution for existing public shareholders. The locked-in shares will limit near-term selling pressure, and the Rs. 4.5 crore inflow adds to the company's equity base without adding debt.
