Modis Navnirman reported Q2 revenue of INR69.38 crore and net profit of INR10.54 crore. In H1 FY27, revenue rose 53% to INR127.64 crore, operating profit rose 63% to INR26.19 crore and net profit rose 59% to INR19.08 crore. It sold 78,560 square feet worth INR202 crore.
