On the reaction day the stock moved 3.4 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.5 pts more than its Civil Construction peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Modulex Construction Technologies has allotted 18,68,512 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 15 per share, taking the total issue size to about Rs. 4.67 crore. The allotment is on a preferential basis through a share swap mechanism, not for cash, and is meant to discharge the purchase consideration for acquiring Give Vinduet Windows and Doors Private Limited. The Board approved this via a circular resolution dated 5th February 2026, after receiving BSE in-principle approval on 21st January 2026. Allottees include one promoter group entity (Redribbon Modulex Buildings Limited, getting about 5.68 lakh shares) and 19 non-promoter allottees.
This is a non-cash deal to acquire Give Vinduet Windows and Doors, so no money leaves the company, but existing shareholders face dilution from the new shares. The move could expand Modulex's windows and doors business if the target adds real value, though investors should watch for synergies and post-merger performance.
