Consolidated quarter ended 30 September 2026: revenue was Rs 2,830.52 lakh, down 17.6% from Rs 3,434.16 lakh a year earlier; loss widened to Rs 37.02 lakh from Rs 14.24 lakh. Margin before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation fell to minus 0.8% from 3.1%. Exceptional gain: Rs 78.40 lakh. The auditor said long-term benefits were not accrued under Ind AS 19 and the impact was unquantified; the company says the liability is negligible.
Weaker revenue and margins add pressure. The accounting exception creates uncertainty, although the exceptional credit softened the quarterly loss.
