MOIL reported Q2 FY26 revenue of Rs 348.05 cr, up 19% YoY from Rs 291.89 cr. Net profit jumped 41% YoY to Rs 70.44 cr. For H1 FY26, revenue fell 11% to Rs 696.11 cr and PAT dropped to Rs 121.94 cr from Rs 202.31 cr a year ago, mainly due to weaker mining segment performance. Board declared Rs 1.80 per share interim dividend on face value Rs 10. Record date is Nov 15, payment on Dec 9, 2025.
Interim dividend rewards shareholders; mixed picture with strong Q2 recovery but weaker H1 reflects margin pressure on mining segment.
