For the quarter ended 30 September 2025, operating revenue rose 19.2% from a year earlier to Rs 348.05 crore and net profit rose 41.0% to Rs 70.44 crore. For the first half, revenue fell 11.3% to Rs 696.11 crore and net profit fell 39.7% to Rs 121.94 crore. Operating cash flow stayed positive at Rs 136.37 crore. The board declared an interim dividend of Rs 1.80 per share, payable on 9 December 2025.
The dividend may support the stock, but first-half profit fell 40% and operating cash flow dropped 52%, despite the stronger quarter.
