Mold-Tek Packaging reported its highest-ever quarterly performance for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Net Profit (PAT) rose 37.67% quarter-on-quarter to ₹22.40 crores and 35.50% year-on-year. EBITDA grew 21.24% QoQ and 29.21% YoY to ₹47.38 crores, with EBITDA per kg improving to ₹41.64 from ₹37.06. Net Sales climbed 18.73% QoQ to ₹240.56 crores and 22.28% YoY, supported by 16.89% volume growth to 11,378 MT. All segments grew, led by Paints Packs (+28.30%), Food & FMCG (+13.57%), and a new Pharma Packs vertical (+11.37%). The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹2/share (40%) for FY25, taking total FY25 dividend to ₹4/share (80%), and appointed Mr. Ashish Kumar Gaggar as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26–FY30).
Strong all-round results with profit growth outpacing revenue growth, indicating margin expansion and operating leverage — likely positive for shareholder sentiment and stock price. The 80% total dividend payout for FY25 is attractive for income-focused investors, and new customer wins (Marico, Laurus Labs, Veedol, etc.) signal healthy forward momentum.
