Mold-Tek Packaging reported its highest-ever quarterly performance for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Net Profit (PAT) jumped 37.67% quarter-on-quarter to ₹22.40 crores, EBITDA rose 21.24% to ₹47.38 crores, and Net Sales increased 18.73% to ₹240.56 crores. On a year-on-year basis, PAT grew 35.50%, EBITDA 29.21%, and Net Sales 22.28%, supported by 15% volume growth to 11,378 MT. All segments performed well, with Paints Packs leading at 28.30% growth, followed by Food & FMCG (+13.57%), Pharma (+11.37%), Q-Pack (+7.80%) and Lubes (+7.43%). The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per share (40%), taking the total FY25 dividend to ₹4 per share (80%), and appointed Mr. Ashish Kumar Gaggar as Secretarial Auditor for 5 years. The statutory auditor issued a clean (unqualified) limited review report.
Strong all-round quarterly results with double-digit growth in revenue, profit and volume — likely to be viewed positively by the market. The 80% total dividend for FY25 offers healthy income to shareholders, while the clean auditor report and operational expansion (especially in Pharma) signal continued momentum.
