Mold-Tek Packaging reported its highest-ever quarterly performance for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Net Profit (PAT) surged 37.67% quarter-on-quarter to Rs 22.40 crores, while EBITDA rose 21.24% to Rs 47.38 crores. Net Sales increased 18.73% to Rs 240.56 crores and sales volume grew 16.89% to 11,378 MT, with all key segments (Paints, Food & FMCG, Pharma, Q-Pack, Lubes) posting healthy growth. On a year-on-year basis (vs Q1 FY25), PAT grew 35.50%, EBITDA 29.21%, and Net Sales 22.28%. The Board also recommended a final dividend of Rs 2/share (40%) for FY25, taking total FY25 dividend to Rs 4/share (80%), and appointed a new Secretarial Auditor for a 5-year term.
Strong broad-based growth across all packaging segments, improving margins (EBITDA per kg up to Rs 41.64 from Rs 37.06), and a robust 80% total dividend for FY25 signal healthy business momentum and shareholder-friendly capital allocation, likely positive for the stock.
