Mold-Tek Packaging reported strong Q4 and full-year results for FY 2025-26. For the year, revenue grew 13.48% to Rs. 886.61 crores while PAT increased 20.35% to Rs. 72.87 crores. EBITDA rose 20.59% to Rs. 1,173.48 crores. Sales volume grew 11.39% to 42,629 MT. Pharma Packs was the standout performer with exceptional volume growth of 208.96%, while FMCG Packs grew 18.04% and Q-Packs grew 25.82%. The company consolidated 5 Hyderabad units into 2 facilities, which management expects to improve performance from FY 2026-27 onwards. The company declared an interim dividend of Rs. 2 per share and expects to cross Rs. 1,000 crores turnover in FY 2026-27.
The company delivered robust double-digit growth across revenue, EBITDA, and PAT with strong volume growth.
