Mold-Tek Technologies reported strong Q4 FY26 results with consolidated revenue of Rs 5,548.75 Lakhs, up 85.72% YoY from Rs 2,987.66 Lakhs. PAT turned positive at Rs 228.35 Lakhs from a loss of Rs 156.04 Lakhs in Q4 FY25. However, full year FY26 consolidated PAT declined 17.07% to Rs 1,009.18 Lakhs from Rs 1,216.78 Lakhs despite revenue growth of 24.56% to Rs 18,167.67 Lakhs. The PAT decline was attributed to rupee depreciation impact and losses in the MES division due to automobile sector slowdown. EBITDA margins compressed significantly from 15.7% in FY25 to 10.5% in FY26. The company downsized its MES BIW-Automobile team and is shifting focus to poles and towers engineering services. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated financials.
The stock may see mixed reaction - strong Q4 recovery and revenue growth are positives, but the full-year PAT decline and margin compression could concern investors focused on profitability. The USD 5.0 million work-on-hand and healthy order pipeline provide some optimism.
