Mold-Tek Technologies posted strong year-on-year growth in Q3 FY25-26 on a consolidated basis, with revenue rising 56.75% to ₹52.67 crore (from ₹33.60 crore in Q3 FY24-25). Consolidated PAT jumped 617.54% to ₹3.89 crore and EBITDA grew 171.97% to ₹6.67 crore. On a standalone basis, revenue grew 22.64% to ₹36.27 crore and PAT surged 670.14% to ₹3.62 crore. The quarter included the first two months of consolidation from newly acquired U.S. subsidiary Beryl Project Engineering LLC (effective Nov 1, 2025), which contributed USD 1.39 million in revenue. Order book strengthened from USD 2.71 million to USD 4.50 million year-on-year. However, on a nine-month consolidated basis, PAT actually declined to ₹7.81 crore from ₹13.73 crore last year, indicating weak H1 performance. Auditor Praturi & Sriram issued an unqualified limited review report.
Q3 results show a sharp rebound driven by U.S. project execution ramp-up and the Beryl acquisition, likely to be viewed positively by the market. However, the nine-month PAT decline signals that H1 was weak, and sustainability of this growth depends on continued order inflows and successful integration of Beryl.
