Mold-Tek Technologies reported strong Q4 FY 25-26 results with consolidated revenue of Rs 5,548.75 Lakhs, up 85.72% year-on-year from Rs 2,987.66 Lakhs. The company swung from a loss of Rs 156.04 Lakhs in Q4 FY 24-25 to a profit of Rs 228.35 Lakhs in Q4 FY 25-26. For the full year, consolidated revenue grew 24.56% to Rs 18,167.67 Lakhs from Rs 14,584.90 Lakhs, but profit after tax declined 17.07% to Rs 1,009.18 Lakhs from Rs 1,216.78 Lakhs. The company attributed the PAT decline to foreign exchange fluctuations and a slowdown in the automobile segment. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated financial statements. The company recently downsized its MES BIW-Automobile services team and expanded into poles and towers engineering services.
While Q4 showed exceptional turnaround, the full-year PAT decline despite strong revenue growth signals margin pressure. The clean audit opinion removes going concern doubts. Foreign exchange volatility and restructuring in the MES division remain key watchpoints for investors.
