Mold-Tek Technologies reported Q4 FY26 profit of INR 2.28 crores versus a loss of INR 1.62 crores in Q4 last year, despite INR 4 crore MTM loss from rupee depreciation. Full year PAT was INR 10 crores (down 17%). The company took decisive action by downsizing its BIW automobile team from 160 to 60 people, which was causing INR 7 crore annual losses. CES order book jumped 60-70% to $5 million, while MES orders declined. Beryl acquisition (November 2025) contributed INR 23 crores revenue over 5 months with 40-member team fully retained. Management guided FY27 revenue of INR 250 crore and EBITDA margin improvement from 11% to 15%. The company has zero debt and INR 25-30 crore cash reserves.
The downsizing of loss-making BIW operations combined with strong CES order growth positions the company for margin improvement in FY27. Investors should monitor Beryl integration and design services expansion as key growth drivers.
