The board approved unaudited consolidated results for the September 2026 quarter. Revenue from operations rose 48.1% year on year to Rs 123.14 crore, and net profit after tax rose 25.8% to Rs 56.56 crore. Half-year operating cash outflow widened to Rs 234.40 crore. The auditor reported no material misstatement. The board also proposed splitting each Rs 10 share into five Rs 2 shares, subject to approvals.
Strong profit may support the stock, but heavy operating cash outflow is a concern. The split may aid liquidity; shareholder approval is pending.
