Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants Ltd reported its first set of results as a listed company following its July 2025 SME IPO on BSE. Revenue from operations rose to ₹7,319.78 lakhs in H1 FY26, up about 44% from ₹5,069.21 lakhs in H1 FY25. Total income stood at ₹7,479.28 lakhs versus ₹5,139.02 lakhs a year ago. Profit before tax grew to ₹2,012.11 lakhs (vs ₹1,295.63 lakhs), and profit after tax increased to ₹1,430.49 lakhs (vs ₹963.91 lakhs), a YoY growth of roughly 48%. Basic and diluted EPS for the period came in at ₹10.11. The statutory auditor issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter. The board also appointed M/s. AKA & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY25-26.
Strong topline and bottomline growth in the first listed-period results should be viewed positively by investors. However, since comparative prior-period numbers were not audited or reviewed by the statutory auditor, the headline growth figures should be read with that caveat in mind.
