Money Masters Leasing & Finance Ltd reported a sharp slowdown in H1 FY26 (Apr-Sep 2025). Revenue from operations fell to Rs. 54.56 lakh from Rs. 124.49 lakh in H1 FY25, a drop of roughly 56%. Profit after tax for the half year shrank to Rs. 6.43 lakh from Rs. 40.82 lakh last year. The standalone second quarter (Jul-Sep 2025) actually slipped into a loss of Rs. 4.74 lakh, compared with a profit of Rs. 24.67 lakh in the same quarter last year. EPS for the half year stood at Rs. 0.01 versus Rs. 0.54 a year ago. Total assets came in at Rs. 3,009.66 lakh with shareholders' funds of Rs. 1,579 lakh and long-term borrowings of Rs. 1,273 lakh. The auditor (M/s PSV Jain & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications or concerns flagged.
Weak half-year performance with a sequential quarterly loss and steep revenue decline is negative for the stock. The D/E ratio remains around 0.8x and there are no going-concern flags, but shrinking top-line and quarterly loss warrant caution for existing shareholders.
