Monitoring Committee quarterly report taken on record by NCLT

Baron Infotech, under CIRP, submitted its 1st Monitoring Committee report on the Resolution Plan implementation covering Sept 8 to Sept 30, 2026 to the NCLT Hyderabad Bench. The bench took the report on record and disposed of the application. The insolvency was originally admitted under Section 7 of IBC on a petition by Avantine Software Pvt Ltd, and a resolution plan has since been approved and is now being implemented under MC oversight.
