Monte Carlo Fashions Q1 FY27 (June 30, 2026): revenue Rs 149 crore, up 7.6% YoY from Rs 138.5 crore. Net loss widened to Rs 23.5 crore (EPS minus Rs 11.33) versus Rs 16.3 crore loss a year ago. The apparel business is seasonal per management. Board approved Rs 30 crore investment in wholly-owned subsidiary MCFL Energy Projects for a solar project under the KUSUM-C scheme. Deloitte Haskins and Sells issued an unmodified review report. Director re-appointments also approved.
Modest revenue growth but net loss widened YoY. Seasonal apparel business so Q1 may not reflect full year. Small solar subsidiary investment.
