On the reaction day the stock moved 5.3 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 6.1 pts less than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

The Board approved unaudited Ind AS results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026. Q2 revenue was Rs 34.65 lakh versus Rs 161.64 lakh a year earlier, while profit after tax fell to Rs 13.61 lakh from Rs 112.06 lakh. Half-year revenue was Rs 92.83 lakh and profit after tax Rs 51.57 lakh, versus Rs 191.11 lakh and Rs 126.02 lakh. Operating cash flow was negative Rs 5.23 lakh.
Lower revenue and profit after tax, plus negative operating cash flow, may weigh on the stock, although the review found no material misstatement.
