Consolidated revenue for the quarter ended 30 September 2026 rose 81.4% year on year to Rs 74,650.19 lakh. Profit after minority interest rose 117.5% to Rs 8,889.47 lakh. For the half year, revenue rose 57.3% to Rs 131,663 lakh and profit rose 181.4% to Rs 14,529.41 lakh. Operating cash flow was Rs 12,748.11 lakh. The Himachal Pradesh High Court quashed a Rs 117.94 crore tax recovery notice, ending a Rs 317.37 crore contingent liability.
Strong sales, profit and cash flow growth, plus removal of a large tax liability, are positive for shareholders and may support the stock.
