Morepen Labs Q3 FY26 standalone revenue rose 24% YoY to Rs 457.57 crore. Consolidated Q3 revenue grew 14.5% to Rs 484.16 crore. But standalone 9M PAT nearly halved to about Rs 46 crore from Rs 93 crore, while consolidated 9M PAT fell about 21% YoY. Drag came from exceptional items and the deconsolidation of Dr Morepen Ltd, which ceased to be a subsidiary from July 31, 2025 after the parent's stake fell to 19.96%.
Q3 topline strong, but 9M PAT sharply lower due to exceptional items and the loss of Dr Morepen Ltd as a subsidiary. Mixed signal.
