Moschip Technologies' Board approved its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025) unaudited financial results. Consolidated total income rose to ₹13,616 lakhs from ₹8,185 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a growth of about 66%. Net profit after tax jumped to ₹1,090 lakhs from ₹398 lakhs, up roughly 174% year-on-year. Basic EPS rose to ₹0.57 from ₹0.21. Both segments grew strongly: Silicon Engineering Solutions revenue rose to ₹10,272 lakhs and Product Engineering Solutions to ₹3,286 lakhs. Standalone revenue grew to ₹11,849 lakhs with net profit of ₹996 lakhs. The statutory auditor S.T. Mohite & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) limited review report on both consolidated and standalone results. Additionally, the Board accepted the resignation of non-executive director Mr. Naveed Ahmed Sherwani effective 6 June 2025, granted 17.09 lakh new ESOPs to eligible employees, and allotted 91,908 equity shares on exercise of existing stock options.
Strong topline and bottomline growth, expanding margins, and a clean audit report are positive signals for shareholders. However, the grant of 17 lakh new ESOPs and fresh equity issuance will cause some stock dilution. Overall, the results are clearly positive for the stock in the near term.
