Moschip Technologies reported strong Q1 FY26 results with consolidated total income rising to ₹13,616.10 lakhs from ₹8,185.19 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a growth of about 66%. Net profit after tax more than doubled to ₹1,089.80 lakhs from ₹398.26 lakhs, up roughly 174% year-on-year. Basic EPS improved to ₹0.57 versus ₹0.21 in the same quarter last year. The Silicon Engineering Solutions segment remains the main revenue driver at ₹10,272.42 lakhs, while Product Engineering Solutions grew to ₹3,286.26 lakhs. The board also accepted the resignation of non-executive director Mr. Naveed Ahmed Sherwani (effective June 6, 2025), granted 17.09 lakh new ESOPs, and allotted 91,908 shares on ESOP exercise. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
Sharp topline and profit growth signal strong business momentum and margin improvement, which is positive for shareholders. However, the dilution from new ESOP grants and share allotments, along with the director exit, are minor near-term considerations to watch.
