Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
India Ratings upgraded MOFSL long-term rating to IND AA+/Stable from IND AA/Positive for NCDs (Rs 998.60 crore) and bank loan facilities (Rs 400 crore). Commercial papers (Rs 11,750 crore) affirmed at IND A1+. Upgrade reflects stronger business profile, rising recurring fee income (66% in 1QFY27 vs 54% in FY25), growing AUM, comfortable capitalisation and liquidity. Subsidiary Motilal Oswal Home Finance also upgraded to AA+/Stable.
Positive signal: stronger credit profile may lower borrowing costs, boost investor confidence in MOFSL debt and equity instruments.
