MPDL Limited's Q1 FY27 (ended June 30, 2026) results: consolidated net loss widened to about Rs 419 lakh from Rs 56 lakh loss a year ago. Total consolidated income dipped to Rs 540.72 lakh from Rs 550.55 lakh. Construction expenses surged to Rs 1,973 lakh from Rs 1,064 lakh, and finance costs jumped to Rs 142 lakh from Rs 22 lakh. Standalone PAT was around Rs 182 lakh versus Rs 194 lakh in Q1 FY26. Auditor O P Bagla and Co gave an unqualified review but flagged that associate Cambridge Construction's interim financials were not independently reviewed.
Widening consolidated losses with rising construction and finance costs may pressure the stock; standalone profit offers some cushion.
