MphasiS reported consolidated revenue of ₹37,324.89 million for Q1 FY26, up about 9% year-on-year from ₹34,224.62 million in Q1 FY25, and roughly flat sequentially versus ₹37,100.41 million in Q4 FY25. Profit after tax rose to ₹4,417.03 million (vs ₹4,045.08 million, +9.2% YoY), with basic EPS at ₹23.22 compared to ₹21.40 a year earlier. The Banking & Financial Services segment was the main growth driver, while Logistics & Transportation saw a sharp drop to ₹2,170.93 million from ₹4,683.60 million. The board also approved a final dividend of ₹57 per share for FY25 at the AGM held the same day. Statutory auditor B S R & Co. LLP issued an unmodified opinion on the results, and the company announced two small acquisitions (26% stake in Aokah Inc for USD 4M and a USD 8.4M deal with Locate Software, still pending closing).
Steady, mid-single-digit revenue and profit growth with a clean audit opinion is broadly neutral-to-positive for shareholders. The sharp drop in the Logistics segment is a watchpoint, but strong BFS and Insurance growth largely offset it, keeping overall growth and margins stable.
