MPS Limited's Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 50 per share (face value Rs. 10) for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on August 29, 2025. This is on top of the interim dividend of Rs. 33 already paid during the year, taking the total dividend for FY25 to Rs. 83 per share, higher than the Rs. 45 per share final dividend for FY24. For FY25, the company posted revenue from operations of Rs. 35,134 lakhs (up 7.3% from Rs. 32,757 lakhs last year) and a net profit of Rs. 11,000 lakhs (up 3.3% from Rs. 10,644 lakhs). Standalone EPS stood at Rs. 64.86 versus Rs. 62.75 in FY24. The record date for the final dividend is August 13, 2025. The Board also approved merging two US step-down subsidiaries into MPS North America LLC to streamline operations.
Shareholders will receive a generous total payout of Rs. 83 per share for FY25, with the company distributing more than 100% of standalone earnings as dividends. This signals strong cash generation and a shareholder-friendly policy, which is positive for income-focused investors but may indicate limited reinvestment for growth.
