On the reaction day the stock moved in line with Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.8 pts more than its Printing & Publication peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
MPS Ltd informed the stock exchanges that members of the promoter family completed an internal reshuffle of shares in ADI BPO Services Limited and ADI Media Private Limited, the intermediate holding companies through which the promoter group owns 68.34% of MPS. In a four-phase transaction, Ms. Anju Arora first acquired 40.72% of ADI BPO and 99.99% of ADI Media from existing family trusts (Nishith Arora Family Trust and Neha Family Trust), and then settled those stakes into a newly created Nishith Arora Family Trust-2. All transfers were carried out without any consideration under a SEBI exemption order dated 30 May 2025. SEBI granted the exemption because the moves are part of an intra-family succession plan and do not trigger any change in the aggregate promoter shareholding in MPS Limited.
This is purely an internal family restructuring with no impact on public shareholders — the promoter group's 68.34% stake in MPS, the control of the company, and its management remain unchanged. Investors should view this as a neutral, administrative event.
