MRF Limited reported consolidated total income of Rs 31,654 Crores for FY 2025-26, an 11% increase from Rs 28,570 Crores in the previous year. Net Profit grew 30% to Rs 2,426 Crores from Rs 1,873 Crores. The company crossed Rs 30,000 Crores in sales milestone with growth in both Replacement and OE segments. MRF has also become the most preferred tyre supplier for Electric Vehicles. However, the company flagged concerns about raw material cost increases and supply chain disruptions due to Middle East conflict, and flagged potential demand impact from sub-normal monsoon forecast. The board declared a dividend of Rs 235 per share.
Strong 30% PAT growth signals operational efficiency, but rising raw material costs and macro headwinds could pressure margins going forward. The healthy dividend payout is positive for shareholders.
