MRF Ltd reported audited consolidated financial results for FY 2025-26. Total income grew 11% to Rs 31,654 Crores from Rs 28,570 Crores. Net profit jumped 30% to Rs 2,426 Crores from Rs 1,873 Crores, while profit before tax rose to Rs 3,222 Crores from Rs 2,483 Crores. The company crossed the milestone of Rs 30,000 Crores in sales with growth in both Replacement and OE segments. Operations were boosted by new product launches and becoming a preferred tyre supplier for electric vehicles. The company declared a dividend of Rs 235 per share. However, management flagged concerns including rising raw material costs and supply chain disruptions from Middle East tensions, and forecast of sub-normal monsoon impacting demand.
Strong 30% PAT growth signals robust profitability and operational efficiency, which should be positive for shareholders. However, raw material cost pressures and demand uncertainties from potential monsoon issues create near-term headwinds that could impact future margins.
