MRPL Q2 and H1 FY26-27: Standalone revenue Rs 35,590 crore (Q2) and Rs 77,199 crore (H1), up about 37 and 64 percent YoY. PAT jumped to Rs 1,881 crore (Q2) and Rs 2,796 crore (H1) from Rs 639 crore and Rs 367 crore earlier. H1 EPS at Rs 15.95 versus Rs 2.08. Board declared Rs 3 per share (30 percent) interim dividend; record date October 21. A fire at the CHT unit led to a Rs 118.76 crore exceptional loss, partly offset by a Rs 471.76 crore gain from a prior period price revision.
Strong revenue and PAT growth with a 30 percent interim dividend is positive; the CHT fire loss is modest and the assets are insured.
